Healthy banana-chocolate muffins

Hmm, time for a recipe again! This one isn't the best I've ever made, but if you're looking for healthy, no-sugar and no-butter snack it's the perfect thing to bake.

I had a couple of ripe bananas that I wanted to get rid of, plus I was really in the mood for a chocolate muffin, so I decided to combine those two and make some banana-chocolate muffins instead. Here's how to!

What you need (for 10 muffins):
4 ripe bananas
100 g of dark chocolate (as dark as possible for the healthiest choice)
1 teaspoon of baking powder
3 eggs
A sniff of salt
A muffin plate and muffin cups

Preheat the oven to 175° C. Melt the chocolate au bain marie. While it melts, unpeal the bananas and mash them in a big bowl. Add the eggs, baking powder and salt and stir until it has a smooth texture. Add the melted chocolate at last to the banana mixture. Put the dough in the muffin cups with a spoon and place them in the oven for about 30 minutes. Enjoy!
