Palsy-walsy Sunday: 2016 goals

Let's not go for the 'a new year, a new me'. I am quite happy with the way my life is right now as I've told you multiple times in other Palsy-Walsy posts. Though, I love setting goals for myself, so I will be listing a few things that I want to achieve in 2016.

°1 : Getting through the schoolyear without any resits. I would love to have my three months of summer vacation without needing to worry about doing any resits in August. And I would also just like to have a little recognition for the hard work I've done this school year. Fingers crossed!

°2 : Getting my driver's license. It's not a big deal, but it's just something I want to achieve this year because I do not want to be the kind of person that waits to long with getting their license and then have to rely on others to get to places. And I just want to cruise around with rap music playing really loud, too. To go get ice cream. In the middle of the night.

°3 : Expand my blog. When the examination period is over, I'm absolutely going to concentrate on Rusty Revolvers. It's my little baby and I love to see it grow. I want to expand my public, the quality of my posts and I just want to have fun doing what I love and showing the results of that to you. 2015 was my year of growth on behalf of this blog and I want 2016 to be the year of glory!

°4 : Spend time with the people I love. Lately I've been finding out who is important to me and with who I feel most at ease, and I really want to show people how much I appreciate their presence. I want to throw kindness around, like I've always have, but mostly to the people who respect me and give me their trust and loyalty in return.

°5 : Earn some money. I just want to be a little more independant while going shopping and maybe have the feeling that I can buy that lipstick because I earned it and not because my mum gave me 50 euros to go to the mall.

°6 : Stay in shape. It's a classic, and I say it every year, but 2015 has really been my glory year on behalf of good nutrition and I want to add physical activity to that in 2016. I want to keep up swimming, maybe do a pilates/aerobics class too, maybe yoga, and I would absolutely love to have a home trainer to do some spinning at home.

°7 : Get better at photography. I've been told to have an eye for composition, but I myself think I fail in the technical part of taking pictures so I really want to get better at that and improve the quality of my photos.

These are the headlines of things I want to achieve in 2016. Of course there are plenty of books I want to read, things I want to see, buy, eat, hear, etc., but I just wanted to set some realistic goals to focus on this year.

Feel free to share your goals with me! I love to hear from you.
